D & P Digital Forensics was started as a family owned and operated business over 40 years ago and was rebranded & rebuilt in the late 1990’s. The rebranding developed from seeing a missing link between the low-voltage cabling and managed services side of I.T. The team did not want to silo themselves to just one aspect of technology.  They saw how business owners were moving into new office spaces with no idea of who was going to help move their technology, let alone that they were responsible for the low-voltage cabling to get them connected.

As the team met more businesses who needed technological moves, and low voltage cabling they also found the need for managed security services grew. Trying to stay one step back from the bleeding edge of technology and yet keeping business owners aware of how their technology budget was being spent is an essential part of the operation. The owners felt that far too often business owners were not being included in technology decisions and the reasons behind them. It has been an integral part of the customer relations process to ensure that business owners understand how technology helps them grow their business.

From having a conversation to find out what their current pain points are, to discussing where they would like to be in the coming year the team crafts each proposal to the specific needs of the client. Our focus is to make sure that your company operates smoothly, and while we understand technology isn’t perfect, we try to reduce the amount of downtime your company experiences.  Technology is no longer a frivolous expense; it is a necessity.
