Craig Jacobson
As a passionate technologist and business leader, I thrive at the intersection of innovation, execution, and transformation. With over 25 years of experience driving growth for cutting-edge companies, my focus is on leveraging disruptive technologies to create real-world impact, streamline operations, and foster scalability.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading cross-functional items in the development of pioneering products and platforms that redefine industry standards. I believe that technology is not just a tool, but a catalyst for solving complex challenges and unlocking new possibilities.
A significant part of my leadership journey has been building and nurturing long-term partnerships, most notably with AT&T, where we’ve grown our collaboration into strategic, high-impact relationship supporting Government and Enterprise Businesses. I also spearheaded the formal partnership between DCS Global and TDAV, combining our strengths to create a powerful, comprehensive service offering that spans Network Services, SaaS, Collaboration, Cybersecurity, and Field services. Together, DCS and TDAV are focused on providing integrated, customer-centric solutions to help clients thrive in an evolving digital landscape.

Executive Vice President
Dana Pierson
Dana Pierson serves as the Business Outreach Manager for Texas Data and VoIP Security. Focusing on strategic partnerships to foster growth, collaboration and long-term success for businesses of all sizes.
Before working with TDAVS, Dana worked in the medical field as a medical assistant for an ear nose & throat doctor for 11 years. There her passion for customer service was on display. When she left working in the medical field, she took a short period of time off to take care of her growing family before joining the TDAVS team.
Dana took pride in the opportunity to build the TDAVS brand and became heavily involved in local chambers of commerce. At one point in time, she was a member of 9 different chambers of commerce across North Texas. She became Ambassador of the Year for the Princeton Chamber of Commerce in 2020. While the State of Texas is large, it doesn’t stop her from trying to reach out to as many businesses in the area as possible.
As we have mentioned TDAVS is a family owned & operated establishment, Dana took “bring your kid to work” to a different level when 2 of her sons showed interest in starting to work with the company once they graduated high school. She has tried to talk the rest of her children into pursing careers in other areas but doesn’t want to discourage their interest in the ever-changing world of technology.
